Analyzing a Pre-1990's Game- Donkey Kong

In truth, video games and I are going through a seperation phase but that doesn't mean that I have forgotten the ones that I grew up on. From the beginning of the 90's til the new millineum, video games will always be an important part of me but the old orginal game of Donkey Kong is one that I do really wish to have seen during its Golden years. Debuting during the early 1980's Donkey Kong was created by Shigeru Miyamoto beginning a large series of Kong games that continued for over a decade.
The first game featured a large ape named Donkey Kong and a camio of Mario the star of one of Nintendo's other most popular franchises Super Mario Brother's.

Now compared to the games of today the Graphic's, Gameplay, and Audio are much to be desired, but back when it was released this game was quite a hit making a sequel a must have.
It was mainly composed of ladders and bridges as the environment, with Donkey Kong throwing barrels to stop Mario. Yet, such a simple game still brought difficulty, though not through excessive sounds and overly complex stories but just through perservence from round after round.
Manufactured by Nintendo, Donkey kong started out as a basic arcade game helping establish Nintendo out of video game's downward slomp and into the major company we know today. It along with Zelda and Mario helped video games All Over return after over coming extinction.
